My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Ms. Nina made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and professional. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like soft lighting, perfectly working AC, and amenities that made the space feel like a home away from home. The property itself was peaceful and well-maintained, and I loved how easy it was to relax. Whether I was unwinding in the room, grabbing a bite, or just enjoying the quiet atmosphere, everything felt smooth and stress-free. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. Excellent brand-new hotel. The rooms are spotless and the entire property is in mint condition, with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. Our king studio is spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a fully equipped kitchen that makes longer stays genuinely comfortable. Everything feels new, well-maintained, and done properly.

When I first saw the hotel had so little reviews prior to my stay I was a bit hesitant to book myself a stay, but I couldn't be more glad I decided to get a room at this hotel. The amenities are great and the rooms are extremely comfortable with an amazing shower to match. Nicole at the front desk was so sweet and had amazing customer service, she helped with anything we needed from towels and room service to checking out. Overall an outstanding stay and an amazing hotel thats sure to gain popularity!

Very good service at front desk when my mom and I checked in The manager Martin gave me free food for the delay checking in. They are brand new so I know they are getting things in order and so far so good! I used to live in this area and I am a private chef and caterer who used to also do food delivery off restaurant row here in Cypress, Cy fair. Good safe area and I know many people around here especially at restaurants since I'm top 10% local guides. They give me extra bottled water since I just got out of the ER for a ruptured eardrum and on medication and redress. The 2 bedroom apartment we checked into 1st was immaculate! It was perfectly cleaned like we were the 1st in there! We slept well so I decided to extend my staycation till next week. Nicole and Adriene have always been friendly and accommodating. The 2nd room wasn't as clean as the 1st but since they were so nice I let it slide Housekeeping needs to be more efficient in cleaning the bathrooms as there were hairs in the shower and poop on the wall and door next to the toilet. I disinfected the room myself and no other problems. I will continue to stay when working in the area this holiday season. This is my new RELAXATION STATION AND ILL RETURN NEXT WEEKEND TO TAKE PICS WITH MY MONEY ROBE AND ACCESSORIES! BEST HOTEL IN HOUSTON. BUT I dont like the deposit is so high at $150 /night! The Hilton is used to sat at in Wesbster only charged me $50 and they wouldn't recharge me for each day that I extended my stay! Just be aware of that so your card doesnt get overcharged!

Hidden Gem!! This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whenever in town, this will be my forever spot! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, Adrian and Reggie are super friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Room, amenities, breakfast, housekeeping, everything was top notch.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel that won my heart, not only for its beauty, but how well managed it was. The front Desk was attended by Nina, who seemed like she was in training, but was very sweet and accommodating. The manager named Adrien was very attentive and accommodating. He managed to resolve the issues that we had quickly and discreetly. It also helped that he is handsome and has a French accent. I was thoroughly impressed by the service that he and all of the staff provided to my son, myself and my friend. I believe the woman who was managing breakfast over the weekend name was Sharon or something like that, she was incredibly kind and made sure that our breakfast was enjoyable, she checked on us regularly to make sure we didn’t need anything. I’m incredibly blown away from this hotel and plan on returning here for all my future trips to Houston. Give this hotel a try you will not be disappointed!

Before I arrived in Houston I called the hotel and was greeted by Reggie he was great to speak with over the phone but was even more exceptional in person. He made it very easy for me and my guest when we arrived and left. The breakfast was excellent and the lady who works in the kitchen area was extremely nice and helpful the rooms are clean and spacious I will be booking again soon.
